Abstract
Rasyonel teoloji üzerine olan ve radikal kötülük tezini içeren Salt Aklın Sınırları Dâhilinde Din (Die Religion innerhalb der Grenzen der bloßen Vernunft) adlı, dört bölümden oluşan kitabının Kant ilk bölümünü 1792 yılında Berlinische Monatsschrift’in nisan sayısında yayımlatır. Fakat krallığın sansür baskısı nedeniyle kalan üç bölümle birlikte Salt Aklın Sınırları Dâhilinde Din adı altında kitap haline getirir ve 1793 yılında yayımlatır. Kitabıyla Hristiyanlığa ve ulusal değerlere zarar verdiği kanısında olan II. Friedrich Wilhelm ve bakanları bu defa Kant’tan sözlü bir savuma yapmasını isterler. Bu ve bunun ardından gelen mektuplaşma, söz konusu savunmaya ilişkin bir mektuplaşmadır.

Abstract
The first part of Kant's book on rational theology, which is a four-part religion called Die Religion innerhalb der Grenzen der bloßen Vernunft, is published in April of the Berlinische Monatsschrift in 1792. However, with the remaining three chapters due to the censorship of the kingdom, it publishes it under the name of Religion Inside the Borders of Salt, and publishes it in 1793. In his book that he has damaged Christianity and national values, II. Friedrich Wilhelm and his ministers now want Kant to make an oral argument. This and the subsequent correspondence is a correspondence on defense.
