Abstract
Doğal hukuk, bir eylemin, akıllı ve toplumsal doğaya uygunluğu ya da aykırılığı bakımından, moral yönden gerekli olup olmadığını gösteren doğru aklın birtakım ilkeleridir. Locke’un toplum anlayışı doğa yasası ve doğa durumu temeli üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Ona göre, insanlar uygar toplumu oluşturmazdan önce hiçbir otoritenin bulunmadığı bir doğa durumunda yaşamaktaydılar. Doğa durumunda, yeryüzü tüm insanların ortak malı ve ortak kullanımına verilmiştir. Locke, doğa durumunda ortak olan mülkiyetin, insanların emeğini katarak özel mülk edinmelerinin bir doğal hak olduğunu düşünür. Ancak Locke, mülk edinmeyi yiyeceklerin çürümesi, diğer insanlara yetecek miktarın bırakılması ve kişinin kendi emeği olması koşullarıyla sınırlar. Mülkiyet üzerindeki sınırlamalar, insanların parayı kullanmaya başlamasıyla etkisizleşmiştir. <

Abstract
Natural law is a set of principles that indicates whether an action is required according to morale in terms of compliance or violation to the intelligent and social nature. Locke's conception of society has been constructed on the basis of status of nature and the laws of nature. According to him, before the people creating a civilized society where there is no authority in the event of a natural lived. According to him, the people, before creating a civilized society, lived in the event of a nature where there was no authority. In the state of nature, the earth is the common property of all people and given to the common usage of all people. Lock thinks that, in the state of nature property which is common, it is a natural right of people to have private property by putting their labour. However Locke limits property acquisition in conditions of the decay of food, leaving a sufficient amount to the other people and to be one’s own labour. Restrictions on property are inactivated by people starting to use money. <
