Abstract
Yapay Zekâ (YZ) sistemleri, konuşma, yazma, analiz etme, görsel üretme gibi alanlarda insanı taklit edebilmekte, hatta belirli görevlerde insan kapasitesini aşabilmektedir. Ancak bu "akıllı" görünen davranışlar, hakikatin bir yansıması mıdır, yoksa sadece onun karartılmış bir gölgesi mi? Bu temel soru, bizi teknolojik olanı, onto-epistemik bir zeminde yeniden düşünmeye zorlamaktadır. YZ’yi onto-epistemik perspektiften değerlendirmek, onun sadece ne yaptığına değil, nasıl bir varlık tarzı sunduğuna, bilginin hangi zemininde kaldığına dair temel suallerin sorulmasını gerektirir. Çalışmada güncel YZ tanımları ve yaklaşımları ile güçlü/zayıf YZ tartışmalarına değinilerek, YZ teknolojisinin mevcut yetkinlikleri ve varlık-bilgisel sınırları “theoria” (nazariyat) ve “logia” (fikriyat) ayrımı üzerinden çözümlenecektir. Amacımız, YZ’nin insan düşüncesini ve bilincini taklit etme iddiasını, hakikati arayış bağlamında eleştirel bir süzgeçten geçirmek ve felsefenin bu yeni çağdaki sorumluluklarına dikkat çekmektir.

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems can mimic human capabilities in areas such as speaking, writing, analyzing, and visual generation, and can even surpass human capacity in certain tasks. However, are these “intelligent” behaviors a reflection of ultimate truth (hakikat), or merely its obscured shadow? This fundamental question compels us to rethink the technological on an onto-epistemological ground. Evaluating AI from this onto-epistemological perspective requires asking fundamental questions not only about what it does, but also about the mode of being it presents, and the foundation of knowledge upon which it rests. This study will address current AI definitions and approaches, as well as the strong/weak AI debate, analyzing the current competencies and onto-epistemological limits of AI technology through the distinction between theoria (nazariyat) and logia (fikriyat). Our aim is to critically evaluate AI's claim to mimic human thought and consciousness, specifically in the context of the pursuit of ultimate truth, and to emphasize the responsibilities of philosophy in this new era.
