As of 2022, we have decided that a reference manager software such as EndNote, Mendeley and Zotero must be used in article applications. The fact that there are differences and inadequacies in both in-text reference and bibliography in the articles, and that this creates problems in directories such as Web of Science, has been effective in taking this decision. Articles that do not comply with this rule will no longer be accepted and not be sent to the referee. EndNote or Mendeley support is provided by universities. In addition, the Zotero program offers its services free of charge.
