All manuscripts received by the journal will be scanned and checked with intihal.net and iThenticate, professional plagiarism softwares. The manuscripts which are decided to be evaluated will be evaluated by two referees related to the field of study. If necessary, three or more referees may be appointed to the manuscript. The overall strategy of the Editorial Board is to comply with the opinions of our referees. Thus, their decision is final, and the manuscripts that failed to receive at least two positive reports will not be published in the journal.
