Abstract
Bu çalışma, “Hassas Ayar Argümanı: Bilim Tanrı’yı mı İşaret Ediyor?” başlıklı makalenin eleştirel bir değerlendirmesi olarak kaleme alınmıştır. İlgili makalede hassas ayar argümanının Bayesçi olasılık hesaplarıyla ortaya konan versiyonunun ikna edici gücü sorgulanmaktadır. Bu sorgulamayla, argümanın teistler için Tanrı’nın varlığına olan inançlarını rasyonel olarak güçlendirebileceği fakat agnostikler ve ateistler için herhangi bir ikna edici güce sahip olmadığı için diyalektik olarak etkisiz olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmaktadır. Çalışmamızda söz konusu makale dört noktadan eleştirilmektedir: ikna-rasyonellik ilişkisi, pozisyonun gerektirdiği epistemik tutum, rasyonellik kriteri ve olasılık hesaplarının sonucuna göre agnostik tutumun sürdürülebilirliği. Eleştiriler, ilgili makalede ulaşılan sonuçlardan ziyade mantıksal örüntüye dairdir.

Abstract
This study is a critical evoluation of the article titled "The Fine-Tuning Argument: Does Science Point to God?". The article questions the cogency of the Bayesian fine-tuning argument. Through this questioning, the article reaches result that the fine-tuning argument can reinforce theists' belief in the existence of God, but it has no cogency for agnostics and atheists, and is therefore dialectically ineffective. This study criticizes the article in question on four points: the relationship between cogency and rationality; the epistemological stance required by the position; rationality criterion; and the sustainability of the agnostic approach according to the results of probability calculations. The criticisms are mostly about the logical structure rather than the conclusions reached in the article.
