Abstract
Halk felsefesi, bireysel değil kolektif yaşam deneyiminden doğan; sezgisel, pratik ve deneyime dayalı bir düşünce biçimi olarak sözlü anlatılarla kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılır. Bu anlatılar, yalnızca kültürel değer taşıyıcıları değil, aynı zamanda toplumun normatif düzenini inşa eden felsefi metinlerdir. Bu çalışma, masal, destan, efsane ve fıkra türleri üzerinden halk felsefesinin ahlak, siyaset ve hukuk felsefesine nasıl katkı sunduğunu ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma, Türk halk edebiyatında yaygın olan bu anlatı türleriyle sınırlandırılmıştır. Bu türlerdeki erdem, adalet, liderlik, ihanet, ödül ve cezalandırma gibi temalar, halkın etik değerlerini, siyasal düzen algısını ve hukuki meşruiyet anlayışını yansıtır. Masallarda iyilik, destanlarda ideal lider, efsanelerde kutsal meşruiyet ve fıkralarda eleştirel adalet vurgulanır. Çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiş; seçilen anlatılar içerik ve biçim açısından analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, halk anlatılarının yalnızca estetik değil, aynı zamanda felsefi, normatif ve eğitici işlevler taşıdığı; halk felsefesinin bu anlatılar aracılığıyla toplumsal değerler sistemini şekillendirdiği ortaya konmuştur.

Abstract
Folk philosophy arises not from individual reasoning but from collective life experience; it is a form of thought based on intuition, practicality, and lived experience, transmitted orally from generation to generation. These narratives are not merely carriers of cultural values but also serve as philosophical texts that construct the normative order of society. This study aims to reveal how folk philosophy, as reflected in the genres of fairy tales, epics, legends, and anecdotes, contributes to the fields of moral, political, and legal philosophy. The scope of the study is limited to these narrative forms commonly found in Turkish folk literature. Themes such as virtue, justice, leadership, betrayal, reward, and punishment in these narratives reflect the ethical values, perceptions of political order, and understanding of legal legitimacy within the society. Fairy tales emphasize moral reciprocity, epics highlight the ideal leader, legends legitimize social rules through sacred narratives, and anecdotes express critical reason and a sense of justice. The study employs a qualitative research approach, analyzing selected narratives in terms of both content and form. Ultimately, the findings indicate that folk narratives are not only aesthetic expressions but also possess philosophical, normative, and educational functions, shaping a value system that guides both individual behavior and social order through folk philosophy.
