Abstract
Yapay zekâ sistemleri, hayatın birçok alanında karar verici konumlara gelmiştir. Bu durum, etik sorumluluğun sınırlarını bulanıklaştırmaktadır. Kim bir yapay zekânın verdiği yanlış karardan sorumludur? Makineyi programlayan mı, makineyi kullanan mı, yoksa sistemin kendisi mi? Yapay zekâ son yıllarda teknoloji ve toplum üzerinde radikal etkiler yaratmıştır. Ancak bu etkilerin pratik sonuçlarının yanı sıra felsefi bağlamda da yansımaları olmuştur. Nitekim felsefe hem insan zihninin sınırları ve doğasını, bilincin temel prensiplerini hem de epistemoloji ve etik meseleleri tartışır. Yapay Zekâ da bu temel meselelere yeni bir boyut kazandırarak bilinçli olma ilkesine yeni bir perspektif getirmiştir. Buradaki temel sorun şöyledir: Bilinç, yalnızca biyolojik varlıklara özgü bir olgu mudur, yoksa yeterli karmaşıklığa ulaşan yapay sistemler de bilinç sahibi olabilir mi? Elinizdeki çalışma bilinç ve Yapay Zekâ (YZ) sistemlerinin ilişkilendirilmesi üzerinedir.

Abstract
Artificial intelligence systems have become decision-makers in many areas of life. This blurs the lines of ethical responsibility. Who is responsible for a wrong decision made by an AI? The one who programs the machine, the one who uses it, or the system itself? Artificial intelligence has had radical impacts on technology and society in recent years. However, these impacts have not only had practical implications but also had philosophical repercussions. Indeed, philosophy discusses the limits and nature of the human mind, the fundamental principles of consciousness, and issues of epistemology and ethics. Artificial Intelligence has added a new dimension to these fundamental issues, offering a new perspective on the principle of consciousness. The fundamental question here is as follows: Is consciousness a phenomenon unique to biological entities, or can artificial systems that have reached sufficient complexity also possess consciousness? This study focuses on the relationship between consciousness and artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
