God and the Formation of Cosmos in the Plato’s Timaeus
The Timaeus which is konown as one of his late dialogs , is a important key work to understand Plato’s philosophy, as well as his Republic. But at the sama time it is a work that includes vogue expressions and presents mytos and logos together. Hence it is a difficult text to read and make systematization. Saying that it has poetical and mytic language which against modern scientific view, some modern scholars critisize it. They also maintain that Timaeus is a kind of intellectual evil, and it represents the traditional and mythological values vis a vis rational and modern ones. However , when we ignore the Timaeus we lack some knowledge that is providet only by it. That is very clear when it comes especially cosmology and God. New Platonists have accepted this text as pointing out to

Plato, Timaeus, cosmos, God, Demiurge, form.
